Cinemadventures Terms of Use

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of cinemadventures.com and any related content, features, and services (collectively, the “Site”), which is operated by DoStuff Media, LLC (“DoStuff,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Site.



1. The Site

Cinemadventures is a branded event series and promotional website operated by DoStuff Media.

The Site provides information about events, editorial and promotional content, sponsor integrations, and links to third-party platforms, including ticketing providers and DoStuff Network sites.

Unlike DoStuff Network properties (such as Do312), this Site does not provide user accounts, user-generated content features, or direct transactions.



2. Eligibility

The Site is not intended for use by children under the age of 13.

By using the Site, you represent that you meet this requirement.



3. No Accounts or User Submissions

The Site does not offer:

  • User accounts
  • Login functionality
  • User submissions or uploads

Accordingly, you are not required to provide personal information to use the Site.

  • Event venues
  • Sponsor websites
  • DoStuff Network sites (e.g., Do206, Do512)

We do not control and are not responsible for third-party content, products, services, or practices.

Your interactions with third parties are governed by their own terms and policies.



6. Ticketing and Transactions

The Site may include links or “Buy Tickets” buttons that direct you to third-party ticketing providers.

  • All ticket purchases are processed by independent third parties
  • Those providers are the merchant of record
  • DoStuff Media and Cinemadventures do not sell tickets or process payments

We are not responsible for:

  • Pricing
  • Availability
  • Refunds or exchanges
  • Event cancellations or changes

Any issues related to ticket purchases must be directed to the applicable third-party provider.



7. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the Site for any unlawful purpose
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Site or servers
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems
  • Scrape, copy, or misuse Site content or data
  • Misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity

  • OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (USD $100), OR THE MAXIMUM PERMITTED BY LAW

Nothing in these Terms limits liability where prohibited by law.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless DoStuff Media and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from any claims arising out of:

  • Your violation of these Terms

13. Governing Law and Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.

Any disputes shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Travis County, Texas, unless otherwise required by law.

We may modify these Terms at any time. Changes are effective when posted.

Your continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
